Subscribers to BunkerCare Concept are covered for volume & density claims. This service also cover initial quality claims, so the bunker buyer/ship owner is ensured the claim is launched in due time prior the agreed time barrier according valid Terms & Conditions. This requires BunkerCare gets a copy of laboratory analyses in due before end of the time barrier. Or the chief engineer or the Owner request a claim based on onboard experiences.

BunkerCare has a full-scale agency agreement with VeriFuel/Inspectorate so we can offer subscription on ISO8217 tests included personal technical advices on off spec deliveries. And initial claim advices and claim handling on request. A superior service to very competitive costs.
